Finally, the Mini-Tac project is 100% done.

It's been a fun year. I bought a nearly brand-new Tac-One from the fine folks at Ezcreation.ca at the beginning of the year and was itching for a project. Decided to make a Mini-Tac out of it and got the Tac body cut by the Tonsixers.

Dust black was fine at the beginning, but I wanted gloss. So pretty, even if fingerprints get everywhere on it. So in the course of the year, I swapped some parts, had some anodized, tried different combinations, until the marker was complete. The barrel, a FLASC 3-piece micro barrel, was the last component needed to get anodized and I got it back a few days ago and the results are beautiful. I even got it Freak-bored!

Onto pics. The obligatory "before" picture:

And the "after" pics:

Nice touch with the wood grips. I think wood panels look great on tac-1's

Really nice. Good job!

Where do you find the cool looking macro line connectors?

They are CCM macro fittings. They look cool but can be finicky.

Eh, individual results may vary. I've read a lot of threads about peiple having issues with them, but I am 100% sold on them and have them on 4 markers, all without a single issue.

After some consideration, I think I like this one better than your earlier one with the wood foregrip and stock.

Wow, thanks for the comment, I'll admit I prefer the tighter setup with this build, as I don't play with a remote anymorem but I do miss the wood foregrip at times. It was so comfy.
