Classic Valve with Level 10

Does anyone know the operating pressure of the valve after the Reg?

I am doing something blasphemous and making a Minimag with a Reg cap. I am trying to decide on a foregrip Reg and wondering what my required pressure output is...

I have seen a few threads with 375-400 for the standard valve and 550 with a Level 10?

I don't know why I am doing this. Damn Mags and the freaking options...

For the cost of this I could probably buy an X-Valve. Maybe I will scrap the project and do that anyways...

That's the ballpark. I think the level 7 bolt runs between 375 and 450, depending on the velocity and bolt spring, and the level 10 is about 75 psi higher for the same conditions. 550 might be good for 300 fps with the red spring.

I think you're looking at $100 difference in a hopped up classic valve (RT on/off and lvl 10) over an x. It's not a huge difference, but sometimes you just want a classic valve.
