Finished up that old box of paint...

Well, today I finished up the case of paint that's been sitting in my closet for the last six years. The paint was stored away well and all the bags were sealed, but still... six years is some old paint. I think the paint was Proto something or other.

In any event, I shot about 1500 rounds through a lvl 10, x-valve, ult/ule mag and about 500 rounds through a stock lvl 7 minimag.

Not one broken ball with the level 10. I short stroked the level 7 once before I was used to the stronger trigger pull and broke one ball.

I love mags.

A few years ago, I was shooting a party mix of paint through my mag one day and loaned out a pod to a team mate with a cyborg during a game. The cyborg and halo got all hung up and choked. He was cussing as he poured it all out and walked off the field.

I once had some jt paint from when they first started making paint. It was about 2 years old and i was using it just for tuning a gun, i was shooting a tree in the back yard and i dont think a single one broke. I had some bounce back to me. After this i vowed never to shoot old paint at the field

I noticed that old paint I used bounced on a lot of people. I saw it bounce off people and they also told me it just kept bouncing. Still, it worked well enough and enough broke on the target that I didn't really have any issues.
