What is a E-mag frame worth?

I got a E-mag frame from a parts package 2K9 PTP body awhile ago. I believe the frame was a hump back, and it was milled flat. What is this piece worth?

I'd say $40 to $50, since its worthless unless someone has he other parts to go with it. It's only going to be bought by someone wanting it for custom work or a backup. Finding a buyer will be he hardest part. Just my .02

I just found out it was custom by Luke (http://www.lukescustoms.com/page0016.htm). $45 mill work job. Would it be worth any more?

There's not a lot of market for them. You hardly ever see someone selling or buying just the empty frame, so you can price it at whatever you want. You'll get what someone is willing to pay. But generally a regular milling service, like an anodizing job, doesn't translate to more value on resale. It's like putting a new roof on a house... potential buyers expect the house to have a good roof in order to sell, so if you re-roof a house before putting it on the market you're not going to recoup that cost. It might help you get a buyer quicker though.

If you sell it, be sure and post it on AO as well. A while back, there was an e-mag frame that came back from the anodizer "all eat up." It was pretty sad looking. That might be someone looking for a new frame.

I don't know exact value but I would have use of something like that for a project but my budget would be limited since it has none of the parts required to make it useful out of the box. Someone would either have to hunt down all the other parts or make something else out of it.

That started off as a PTP Emag frame. You can tell by the finger grooves.

I suspect that started off with more parts here:
2009 PTP Micro E Mag Kit
