What tanks do you recommend to use with an RT valve?

So i currently have a 49/4500 ninja carbon fiber tank and i have my automag rt but i cannot use the rt valve to its potential because my tank does not put out the 950+ psi needed. Which tanks/regulators do you recommend i purchase that are hpa and put out 950+ psi?

Check out the Ninja SHP reg. If I can remember reading correctly, there are certain regs that output up to 3000PSI and those will really RT well. I'll try and dig up the thread I'm thinking of.

Yea, i was looking at that new ninja reg. Don't you think my 49/4500 would be a bit small for shooting at high pressures? I was thinking of upgrading to the 68/4500 SHP.

You would have about the same number of shots, they may just get used up faster. You get to RT for about 3/4 of the bottle (4500), the rest turns into semi-auto. A 68 is nice in that it gives you a little more warning as you drain it.

Iirc, a plain Ninja reg will shim up to just under 900 psi. That is a little tricky to RT with, but should get you around 12 to 13 bps. The SHP is nice though. At 950, all three of my RT setups run at 14 bps. Pretty much socially acceptable.

Just use the 1200psi reg I sell that Ninja make, a bit pricy for canadian but a lots of joy and you will smile as it RT

My bottle RT for more than the 3/4 of the tank ... it when it goes by 850 that it start its semi-auto ... But I have been using X-valve.

RTing my Minimag - YouTube

Thats the result

When I was using mine the BPS was so high the other guy had almost no chance to escape it :P

Also the SHP and 1200psi made for mags doesn't compare each other.

A 50/4500psi tank would do a full rotor + 4 140rds pods untill it need filling again.

I can quote you a 68/4500 with 1200psi reg or just the reg if you wanna keep your 49.

So can you RT with a standard minimal valve, as long as you have 1200 PSI going in?
