Pump Mag Leak

Ughhhh

Sooo freaking close to finishing this thing.....

It was perfect, no leaks, no problems, life was great.

Now..... It only leaks when it is pumped/cocked

No leak when its not cocked
Woosh like leak down the barrel when it is cocked

All the orings look great, whyyyyyy, I just want to use it for a day..... It's been like a 5 month project, and i just wanna try it!

Some Mag pump players will put the power tube O-ring in front of the spacer instead of behind it. Try that.

You probably have the wrong size power tube spacer. Usually on pumps, .220 does the trick.

^^^

and make sure the top and bottom of the spacer are flat and clean and the bottom of the power tube tip is clean. The next size down, to fix a long one, is 0.215, so it's pretty short on tolerance.

Make sure your rail bushing is in place (again) since it's worth about 0.014 or so in that same stack of tolerances.

If you need a .22 spacer I think I have an extra. I was using this one and had to actually go smaller, so now I have a spare. You can also mill a larger one down.
