new air leak?

I was playing yesterday and toward the end of the day my Mag RT Pro developed a leak through the vent hole on the left side of the valve. I bought the gun about a year ago and have no idea when the last time it was rebuilt. I tried dropping some oil in the 90 degree elbow going into the valve with no luck. I have a rebuild kit, should I rebuild the whole gun? What o-ring would be causing this leak? It has a level 10 bolt kit in it. Thanks

Fixed!!!!

Thank You so much Ando!!!! I just got the gun re-assembled and it works perfect. I replaced the two o-rings at the end of the Reg Valve pin and replaced the little plastic spacer in the middle. The o-rings that where in their where red and fell apart as I removed the reg pin assembly. I cant believe they held any air in there. Their must be an easier way to install that cir-clip on the end of the reg pin, I had a hell of a time installing it. Thanks again Ando.
