So I got an Automag with Spec Ops Longbow kit(Picture below)

I have 2 questions:
1. I didn't get the Stiffi tip. I found some at ansgear. What was the original that came with the Spec Ops Stiffi Barrel?

2. The Tac One rail for Longbow seems to be too narrow. I have to use the spacers + o-rings to mount it properly. Also the top rail does not sit flush with the magazine holder. Do I have an older longbow Tac One rail?

This rail is the older one I believe, with the holes under the covers.



Yours looks like the newer one without the factory holes. An intermediate version had holes like this.



They started using ULE rails at some point.

The proper rail has a rail out in front of the vertical Asa

it looks like its the short Tac-one/ULE Custom rail...that could be the issue?

The lb come with those 2, 3 holed spacers to offset the shroud

Ya I have the 3 holed spacers. But the spacers are kind of lose when installed without the o-ring behind the spacers and the shroud. i.e. rattles around in the background.

Spec Ops didn't use the C-Series barrels on the original Tac-One Longbows... They used Smart Parts All-American 18" barrels... So, just pick up whatever tips you think look cool... Or, get a SP All-American if you want to be OG...
