Ninja or someone had a burst disk holder that used an allen key. Maybe that's on a Raptor Rex? If you could find that fitting and the old two piece CO2 disk that matches, you would have a flush fitting. Did you check with Guerrilla? An allen key assembly sounds reasonable (someone should be making one).
Yeah, I am not worried about filing down the top of a normal burst disk. I don't even need to file too much as it only has to clear a very small area.

Guerrilla makes a "Pro Burst Disk" which uses an Allen key, but it is designed for 4500psi tanks...and they refuse to answer any emails I send them...

I will have to look into the Ninja line.

I use one of these on my 13ci tank to make it a little longer. Adds about an inch, should let you clear the burst disc
That looks like it could work. Does it work with CO2 tanks as well as HPA?

Just to make sure: both of your valves are "Classic", correct? Because the RT-Pro and newer X valves won't work with CO2.

What you could probably do it have Luke or someone mill the rail to accept an AM/MM vert adapter. Essentially what they would do it mill the front lower edges so that the "wings" on the am/mm vert adapter will clear the rail. You could then slot mill the rail so that it will accept a single screw. Luke can do all of this as long as there is enough meat left on the rail. Otherwise check with Palmers Pursuit, they may make something that could be made to work. IIRC, they used to make an asa extender.

Cool, I will have to look up that ASA extender.

this particular rail has been milled out big time on the inside. I don't think there is enough meat to put a third hole in the rail for a single screw for an am/mm VA. I will have to check.

I think a spacer may be the easiest, most cost effective way to do this. I just have to find a chunk of aluminum...

Edit:

So OPBN was right. PPS does have an ASA extender that would be perfect...and only costs $20!! however the shipping is $16.95!!?? and Taxes haven't been included yet!

Uh, I would get confirmation from HaveBlue that it has the pin first personally. I *think* it has the depression pin, but I'm not sure.
