Tac One question
Well you guys were not kidding, Mags actually do multiply!

I got a classic mag in a trade, and before it even arrived I had bought most of a Tac One...all I need is a second valve and I will have Two mags!

My question is...What is the size and length of the front frame screw for the tac one? the one from the classic is too short!

Uh...Also, what is the threading on the feedneck? I have three of them?

The threading on the feedneck is Angel, and the length of the front frame screw is about 1/4 longer then the standard one. Can pic it up at a hardware store np. Welcome to the mag family! :)

I was looking up the angel feedneck size earlier this week. Here's a good one....

Maybe you can catch a CCM lever lock as they fly by.

I got a nice lever loc feedneck on there now.

I also have two of the stock ones. I just didn't know what the threading was...

Anyone need one?

More questions!

I want to put a 3.5 oz tank into the vert air adapter but the burst disk gets in the way right at the end. So I have a few options and a few questions.

1) file down the trigger guard to let the bust disk pass.
2) file down the burst disk a bit.
3) get a different trigger frame (don't want to)
4) find a way to get GA to answer emails and have them agree to make their low profile burst disks for CO2...
5) find a new longer VA? Or an extender? Do such things exist?
6) other ideas from the great minds of the MCB collective.

My questions are. Do longer tac on vert air adapters exist? Ones with the two screw mounting points? Or is there a way to extend the VA?

These might work for you.

Neat, but not quite.

I should post a picture of my Tac One for reference.

It is Mini'd and Midgited? The body and the rail have been shortened and milled out. It needs a VA that uses two screws, which complicates things.

I guess another option is to get a new rail, but then I lose some of the cool milling...But I gain the ablility to pump mill it!

Edit! Looking through some of the other stuff on Lukes sight, I found a few more options.

A 15* VA would do it. But I don't really want that kind of look, but I could live with it.

A spacer between the rail and the VA would work too! Spacer and longer screws and I am good to go!...Now, off to find a spacer of some kind...Anyone got any ideas?

The burst disk function is down on the face of the fitting. Trimming off the top will not affect it's function. The thing you have to worry about is taking too much off and not being able to get the blown assembly out.

bliggity-blackity-black or someone had a burst disk holder that used an allen key. Maybe that's on a Raptor Rex? If you could find that fitting and the old two piece CO2 disk that matches, you would have a flush fitting. Did you check with Guerrilla? An allen key assembly sounds reasonable (someone should be making one).

Custom Products Tank Regulator Extender - Dust Black

I use one of these on my 13ci tank to make it a little longer. Adds about an inch, should let you clear the burst disc
