Yep, both o-rings in the on/off. It takes the leak a few seconds to stop when I hold the trigger down though, it doesn't stop instantly. Is that an indication of anything, or is that normal? I thought the air should stop leaking immediately when I squeeze the trigger.

there is a really small on/off o-ring in the middle of the on/off...you have to unscrew the two halves of the on/off...sometimes that lil o-ring goes over looked and can be damaged or worn out and cause a lil hiss type leak there are 4 o-rings total for your on/off |

In my rt classic? I'll check the diagrams again, as I thought I got them all.

There should be three o-rings, since the top came with one (and a shoulder). One outside body and one inner. The long body on RTs makes them annoying to locate leaks in. If you have checked all the seals and it still leaks, look for scratches or grime on the seal surfaces.

DUDE!!! Need4reebs! You are the man! I didn't know the on/off was 2 parts with an internal o-ring. I just changed it and the hiss is gone! Woohoo! Oh happy day! I was prepared to buy another sear, rail, power tube tip, and level X bolt. All is well with the world again and I can focus on life and work! Thanks Spider and everyone else who chimed in. I finally got the hiss located and we're good to go. My faith in automags is restored. Gonna go back and switch to next largest carrier that doesn't leak, then start adding my shims again.

Thanks again to you and everyone here! I was able to move up 2 carrier sizes and added my 2 shims. Armageddon is set at 900 psi and she just chrono'd a 260, 288, 298, 296 with no leaks. Bolt resets fine with the squeegee test and no bolt stick. As Cook from "Predator" would say, "Gonna have me some fun, gonna have me some fun!" I wasn't gonna bring her to Decay of Nations, but things have changed...
