Since it's a Classic RT, it really doesn't part out well. A couple of the pieces are able to be used with other 'Mags, but once those are gone you'll be left with the remaining pieces that can only be used on a Classic RT. That really cuts down your market. Better to sell it as a whole, I'd say.

I was told its a palmers single ported brass barrel that's been nickle plated. Sounds right because its heavy as hell and magnets don't stick to it so it isn't steel.

It won't sick to SS either but I think the guy is right. It does look like a palmer, I have a few of them too. Most of the B.O.A.'s had a bump 2 inches from the tip.

I do have some older J&Js that have a single spiral of very small ports and that is what it looks like to me. IIRC The palmers single porting still has two spirals of ports where the double ported has 4 and they only start in the last couple of inches.
