Looks like he's holding the trigger down. I was looking to see if his finger moved but didn't see anything. Lawn sprinkler is the first thing I thought too (after the 400 psi comment, of course). I'm guessing there's a weird aftermarket on/off in there since it's old enough that it's using the powertube spring.

Get a proper reg. That looks like some sort of SP reg which you need to make sure is HP and not a LP reg. You need at least 800psi going to the marker. Anything under that will cause hiccups at higher BPS in some setups.

I am holding down the trigger in the terrible video sorry about that. The SP reg is a HP maxflow so it should do 800 no problem (assuming I have it in the tank) But for testing I will switch over to a regular tank. I did replace all the orings urethane and teflon both. I did order one of the spacer kits and some new reg seats from AGD (cant hurt right) I am pretty sure I have the pin in correctly it has a ring around one end and I put that on the bottom. I will take some pictures of how I have everything assembled once the replacement reg seat comes in and I take it all apart.

I know I am a long term Maxflow user. I know that this one is a HP due to the small piston.

will do I still have not gotten my replacement parts so I have not taken it apart yet. I am using air tool oil rated for incidental food contact any body know something better to use as oil? I have used ATF for blowbacks years ago but I figure it would be "green" of me to change to food contact rated oil.
