I have a lvl10 classic in a power feed body with a 32deg frame. When I pull and hold the trigger it has a small hiss for just a second and quits. Am I correct in assuming this is an on/off oring issue?

If you are pulling the trigger and holding it down, then you here the hiss down the barrel, it is an on/off Oring.
If you are adding a couple of drops of oil before every day of play, then yes the first thing to look at would be the top Oring of the on off.
If you havent been oiling the marker regularly you might want to overdo the oiling and dry fire the marker allot to get oil through the whole system. That may fix the problem.

If it's hissing down the barrel, and then that hissing slowly trails off and stops when you hold the trigger down, it's your Level 10 carrier o-ring. Try oil first, and oil directly on that carrier o-ring if necessary. Clear out the excess by dry-firing your marker with the barrel off about 2 dozen times. If that doesn't stop it, you're going to need to look into re-tuning your Level 10 bolt.
