Luke's Sear Mod Q's

So, I've been reading up on this mod here.

Feedback on it seems somewhat limited ie. Luke's expression of it being "under rated" if the lack of talk on it is any indication. Few Q's on it:

1. It's best to use it with a ULT and an X-valve or equivalent, correct?
2. Has anyone tried it with a Classic and an RT on/off? Or is that not worth it? I was under the impression putting an RT in a Classic gives a lighter pull than the stock on/off. That's how I set up my pneumag and it seems to work great.
3. Has anyone tried it with a Classic and a ULT? Or is that too finicky?

I ask because I have a spare Classic and a spare ULT. For the price Luke's charging, if I could get near the lightness of a pneumag with a short throw it seems like a pretty good deal.

Anyone out there with first-hand experience with Luke's sear mod? Thanks.

Itís not really for the classic valve because the classic sear leg is already shorter than the RTP, but I do them all the time (Did one last night). The mod idea is not to make the pull lighter but to make it shorter. The ULT requires less travel to operate properly so that leaves room to shorten the stroke that is built into the RTP design.

It is underrated because it IS a true upgrade and it only cost a few dollars and on top of that it actually works. The trigger stops help remove all the extra slop in the trigger. I really can not speak to the gains on adding one to the classic, but it is intended for the x-valve and ult. Plus you can easily go back to stock if you need to.

Well, no better person to comment on it than the man himself. Thanks for the info, Luke.
