Are there any markings on the spacer. It looks small from the picture. 2 small of a spacer will cause bolt stick too long will cause a leak.

I believe there ought to be two of those little white o-rings; one above, and one below the spacer. Also, that does not look like an AGD spacer to me... aren't they supposed to be brass?

Yep.

OP, get a spacer kit and a parabolic feed plug(if your mag body has a powerfeed).
You might want to pick up some o-rings as well.

There is not supposed to be an O ring between the PT tip and the spacer, the O ring is supposed to be on the PT tip like you have (here's the exploded view).

That being said, I agree it doesn't look like an AGD power tube spacer, I'd recommend picking up a kit.

The ding might be a problem. Turn the ding away from the Oring and see if it holds air. Also if the ding causes the spacer to sit inside the power tube crooked it may not make a seal. Sand the outside edge carefully till its smooth and round if you think its needed.

There's only 1 oring in there. You should have an oring, spacer and then the PT tip. There's is an oring on the tip but is only there to keep the tip from spinning off, does not seal.

Not all of them were brass. The spacer kits are made of aluminum and then you had the springs.

Like already said. The ding might be an issue. Just file it stright and put it facing the tip not the oring.

Bacci has the Pro-Team spacer kit for sale here >

Powertube Parts - Valves and Valve Parts - Airgun Designs Automag Parts - Semi Automatic Parts - Parts

He also has individual spacers for sale on the same page. If you know what size the spacer is now, it will help a great deal in determining what size you should get. Otherwise your best bet is to complete the Pro-Team spacer set you already have or buy an AGD full set.
