how to tell reg pistons

Ok, so im trying to figure out how to get my level 10 working and found out i need a higher pressure reg piston assembly. So in order to try to save money i pulled both of my refs apart. One has a small ring on the head and one does not. Is one of this possibly the hp version?

No clue. Do you have access to a vice?

Not at the moment. If I have to I'll just order one but thought I would check my options first.

Don't they have the set pressure stamped on them?

They should both have orings. What spring are you using? If it's the gray one, pull it out and go with the red or gold. If you have neither then cut the silver one down.

Using anything larger then the red spring will cause you to boost your pressure up too high for your piston to handle.

They both have o rings. I mean the head of one of the pistons has a circle stamped on the middle near the air hole
