Looks like brass nickle plated automag barrel

I have had a stock mm barrel and this is way too heavy, it does appear that it may be nickel plated or something because the very end is turning back to brass?? and there is definite marks that look like this maybe was turned on lathe...
more brass showing...??

It looks like a plated brass J & J barrel to me.

I'd go J&J as well unless a look down the bore shows the Palmer "elipitical honing"...
Kinda makes the bore look like it was honed in 3 sections, which it kinda was.
