Automag Triggers

I have a question:

A friend of mine has agreed to make me some triggers out of steel. One I want made is for an automag inteliframe. I don't want to be without my inteliframe trigger though while he makes it. Is there anywhere I can get him a spec sheet for the trigger? Are all automag triggers basically the same and could I give him a plastic single-trigger to model the rear of the inteliframe trigger?

Any input would be appreciated.

Intelliframe triggers are different than the stock ones found in CF frames. Out of curiosity, why steel? There are a couple of people that make really nice aluminum ones as well as carbon fiber.

Cause I have a friend with a forge who makes professional cutting blades for a living. He makes amazing things out of steel.

Awesome. Keep in mind that some of the tolerances are pretty tight its why you dont find a lot of hand made ones out there. Good luck and post up some pics when you get the finished product.

The geometry can be inferred from the AGD cad files, at least the back end for the safety lever relative to the sear pin. What you do on the front end is your business as long as you dont violate the frame boundaries. I drew up and printed a plastic double trigger for mine. Works fine.
