it can still be in the on/off even if it stops leaking with the trigger held in and starts again when released. If it stops leaking when the trigger is held in then that means the top 2 o-rings in the on/off are still good but the bottom two could still be bad and they will cause about the same noise as a bad powertube o-ring.

so
bottom 2 o-rings in the on/off
power tube o-ring
power tube tip o-ring

the problem will be with 1 or more of those 4.

I have also seen (only once) where an AGD foamieless bolt was comming apart. The center piece had been pushed out of the outside of the bolt. That took awhile to diagnose because we had never thought of it as even a possibility.

Replace every o-ring in the gun until it fires normally. That's pretty much the solution to every-'mag leak.

I just bought the Oring kit for $20 from AGD.

When it gets here I will replace every single oring and the bolt spring. If it doesnt work then, I am selling the gun or maybe do something less drastic like not look at it for awhile.

ok guys I think I might have found the problem.

I took the gun apart. Once i unscrewed the bolt off the power tube I looking inside the bolt. There is a smashed up glob of Oring that is visible in there. I think That is the problem.

Yep, a mutilated O-ring in the middle of the power tube can cause trouble sometimes.

That was it. The powertube oring shot up the power tube and got wedged in there causeing the bolt the jam and not move.
