Power tube tip loose

My damn power tube tip on both guns keeps loosening up when I shoot and causing mid game leaks. My repair kit did not come with a prong for the tip and the ones on their don't do anything. I'm about to use blue lock tight on them. Any other suggestions?

I use loctite on my Nelsons. But I've heard that it's no good for solid delrin cup seals. Maybe ninja tape?

Solid delrin? What?

A tiny drop of blue loctite on your powertube tip should be just fine. Let it cure for 10 minutes after application. This is really the first I've heard of one coming loose while firing though.

I had a similar issue. I just replaced it and solved the issue. They're available at AGD and I'm sure Tuna has some.

They are the same as the ones on the on/off top (outside) and the on/off base. Do you tighten it with a nickel (or such)?

Do you have the o-ring installed on the tip? I never have that problem.

They're actually different. I tried the o-ring you're talking about #123 when I had issues and it still came loose. #781 is a little larger and provides a little tighter fit.

That oring is the same oring that goes inside the powertube, behind the spacer.
