RT Pro Leak

So I've been over the stickies on troubleshooting and I'm still stuck. I have a leak coming from the relief hole in the back of the valve on my RT Pro. It is quite strong. I ordered an o-ring kit from short304 on here and replaced all but the tiny o-ring in the on/off. The leak still persists. I can still fire it as it leaks (it even RT's). I am stumped. I don't know if it is a problem but all the o-rings in Short's kit are buna. Would that cause it to leak?

Try getting the proper urethane oring for the reg seat. You may also need a new reg piston. Also have you oiled it recently.

A completely new reg piston or just new seals on it? I replaced the two o-rings on my piston because the were crumbling. And I applied oil liberally to all the o-rings.

replace all of your o-rings in you on/off. I had the same problem and replaced them and that solved the leak.

Really? A bad o-ring in the on/off will cause a leak out of the bleed hole? there is only one o-ring I didn't replace in the on/off cause it was a pain to get out. I'll try that one and see if it fixes it.

Alright, every o-ring has been replaced. It still leaks. I need to scrounge up some urethane o-rings in the right size now I guess.

prolly need a new reg piston?

Am I correct in assuming that by new reg piston, you mean the entire piston? Do they wear out?

the older reg pistons didnt work well if at all w/the lvl 10, the couldnt handle the higher pressure needed for the lvl 10 and would leak out of the back.

the newer reg pistons can handle the higher pressure needed for the lvl 10

At the moment I don't even have my level 10 installed though. I just have the level 7 off a classic valve I had with a venturi bolt. In either case, where would I get the new piston? I have looked on AGD's site as well as Tunamart and didn't come up with anything, but maybe I missed it.
