LVL 10 foamie

Are people replacing their foamie after it falls off during the day, or even use them. Mine fell off in the first or second game today and I didn't have any super glue so I went the rest of the day without it. The only thing I noticed is the ball rolls back slightly more when there is no foamie.

Replace your foamie.

Can you play without it? Of course you can.

Is it far, far better to play with it? Yes it is.

Use acetone to clean off the glue residue from the bolt, and make sure the new foamie is clean, and a single fat drop of cyanoacrylate (crazy/super glue) is all you need. Stick it on accurately and gently press for a few seconds, and you should be good to go.

Don't have super glue, you say? A tube of super glue can be had for less than a dollar, and should be part of every mag kit, along with your spare foamie.

Nudge, nudge.

Pretty much this. I use white Gorilla Glue though. If you do a quick 0.15 second search on "replace foamie" here in the AGD subforum, you'll find a few threads dealing with this question and how to best replace it.
