Electronic frame on mini mag not working.

My buddy has a mini mag with an old e-frame. Not an E-mag though. We tried a fresh battery in the frame and it wouldn't fire. I stuck an o-ring pick on the sear and it fired in "full auto" until I pulled the pick off the sear. It looked like to me the noid wasn't strong enough to trip the sear. Could I find a noid to replace it with or would it be better just to buy a new frame since it is so old?
Thanks in advance guys.

Classic/minimag valve on off is most likely too stiff for the noid to work.

Which e-frame? Booyah, Centerflag, or??

Centerflag Hyperframe info that may be of interest:

Off the top of my head:

Classic on/off = 8lb pull
RT on/off in a classic = 4lb pull
ULT pull = 15 oz.

Take those with a grain of salt.

If it's a Hyperframe, it's much easier to find a ULT rather than their specific on/off.

I can get a pic from him. If I remember its a center flag but I could be wrong. It didn't take anything at all to trip the sear with the pick. I barely touched it.
