I know nothing about the flatline, but if it like any other reg, a good cleaning *might* be all it needs.

Caveat: Be SURE to find out what kind of lubrication/grease it needs or else it might ignite and cause death/injury.

You are definately in need of a rebuild. Classic case of shoot down. Im not 100% sure, but you might need a special tool to fully disassemble it. Rebuilding it is not too difficult from what I see though...

I picked up one used on AO, only to have to have it replaced. I know for a fact Tunaman had some brand new 45k Flatlines. Im not sure what he gets for them though.. but it might be worth it to get one without getting someone else's headaches.
