PTP Micromag RT pro w/ Lvl 10 problem

My Micromag with RT Pro valve and a level 10 has recently developed a leak down the barrel. It gets worse the more you shoot. i tried adding a shim but that didn't help. The leak is intermittent and never really gets THAT bad enough to know that something isn't right. I was thinking maybe the On/off o-ring? Anyone able to help me out?

I would look to your level 10 o-ring being worn.. that is where I have solved many barrel leaks.

IF you have a leak down the barrel:
  • With the trigger not pulled, the powertube o-ring seals the system.
  • With the trigger pulled, the on/off seals the system.
Figure out which one is the culprit and inspect/replace the offender and/or its supportive components (spacers/springs/etc.)

If you have gas coming out the back of the reg:
  • The reg is over pressurized.
    or
  • There is a problem with the reg (dirty, no grease, worn springpack, etc.).

yes. sort of. Try this...

move down one size carrier but use the same oring you have in now. If it's still giving you an issue go back to the carrier you have now with a new oring.

fun stuff.
