New XT body to be produced.

I know that if you are in this forum you are probably over at AO too, but this body looks way better in the "flesh" than on a render.

Automags.Org Online Forums - XT Customs new body..*PROTOTYPE PICS*

Gonna have to buy this one and the PTP body when it comes out now.

I like this design better then the 'Ripper' which just looked... wrong...

I can't wait to see it on a marker with the milled rail.

I am also looking, with great anticipation, to the new release from PTP for the automag.

I have always liked their vert feed bodies.. and I guess they are soon to offer a new model based on customer specs.. There is a long thread about it over at AO, but I am too lazy to link it over here.

I'm really liking all the attention that mags are getting.

Even if it is a "dead platform", they are remarkable guns.

If we can just make a mechanical spool valve for them that would reduce weight, make them anti-chop, and make them more efficient, I would have a rediculously hard time deciding whether to play with a PPS gun or an AGD gun.

Pnuemagger has a really interesting project for his senior engineering project. It is an integrated valve mag-style marker.. Fascinating project..

he has animations at the thread there too.. I am just in awe that someone can think like this.. My brain has a hard time with lincoln logs...

from the looks of it, a rotatable breech is possible

Looks tough to clean the breech. Otherwise radical.

Part of me likes it and the other part makes me think it's too "space gun" like.

I guess I'd rather have a basic ULE and barrel and perhaps have it custom anodized with a nice brown and green wash or mottle or something like that.
