noxx55 mag rifles: anyone used/owned one before?

I've been drooling over noxx's mag rifles on his website, but I'd like to hear from others how they do.

For $350, you get alot of nice custom work, I must say. So, I'm seriously thinking of putting in an order for one in the upcoming months.

I own one and I love it, mines set in a reminton 700 sinthetic stock. The air is routed to the back of the stock which is pretty convenient. I just added a lvl10 to it not too long ago, and I have grown to love it. As to Noxx's work it is very clean, and is presented very well. I also have a 23rd removable springfeed which now has one of his newer springs which works impecably. The original spring was made from a larger gauge of wire which would push the balls againts the feed cap so much it would jam occasionaly but not anymore, the new spring rocks. Noxx also made this cool tri-mount weaver rail, that is pretty cool. Ive seen alot of his newer mag rifles, and I might even need to get a new one made based on a much different stock. I' ve enjoyed watching his craftmenship evolve, and improve to the point where Im just in awe from his newer mags. I would deffinantly say to save up and buy one. Plus if you get one someone will post some sexy pic of it for me to drool over.
The trigger that he used on mine feels like a million bucks every time I pull it. (its so smooth) So yes it shoots amazingly.

Ya, I just got one of his springfeeds as well. I'm going to need to order a replacement spring, though. First day of play saw the spring ruin itself. it bound up on itself while the tube was full. I tried to get it back into shape, and it sprung back....until I had to position it back to load the tube again. grrrrr.

Thanks for the info. I'm hoping he can take a full custom order where I also request an x-valve.....if that's advisable, that is.

The mag rifle that stuffy is referring to is on noxx's website.

I know noxx55 himself is here on MCB, and his profile has a link to his site. Or, you can just google for noxx55 customs. I don't know the specific url off the top of my head, though.

Stuffy's magrifle is the one set in the grey synthetic stock. I have been meaning to update the site, but I have been really busy as of late. Hawk's rifle had an Xvalve in it and that thing shot amazing.

PMed you Sir Brass regarding the spring. I will send a replacement for free. Sorry to hear that it buggered up during a game .

Ya, I got your PM. Nice to hear about how sweet that x-valve'd mag rifle is, though .

Admittedly, I don't own a Noxx rifle - but, I'd like to think I can speak to the care and craftsmanship he puts into his work.

A while ago I picked up a PGP-to-.45 frame converter from him. I was having all manner of trouble getting the sear in my 'cocker frame to play nice, and so I asked him about it. Free of charge, he took the adapter plate back, tested it out, and ground me out a custom sear to use.

If he puts the same level of attention into his 'mag rifles, I can't doubt they'll be anything less than top-notch.
