Just got a nice set of wood grip panels from Kruger.

These grips are made of Brazilian Bloodwood, an extremely dense wood. Kruger apparently had one hell of a time sanding them, as the wood didn't wanna budge. At least I know the grips will last as long as the marker!

Onto pics :





My camera does a poor job at showing how truly beautiful the grain in the wood actually is. In person, it's not as red as the pictures, but when sunlight hits the wood, some really nice red streaks radiates from it.

I'm waiting for my Pierce 1911 grip inserts to get here and my frame will be complete...

...until I decide to mod something else on it
