| RE: UMF and newer Tac Rail? Need some input. Thinking about buying a raw UMF from HaveBlue and was hoping you could help me out on whether or not it would mount to a newer Tac Rail and still keep the foregrip. I recall that it would only work on the longer RT rails, but wanted to make sure. Not sure who would know, so i'll bring it to the open forum Thanks, Litespeed |

| Active Member | I've had the UMF (very nice frame) and this will make it easy for you to remember. Classic (am/mm length) rails will not give you enough room to mount a foregrip. You will have the room on RT (Emag length) rails. Just keep this in mind, and you will have no problem figuring out which rails and foregrips will work with your UMF. |

| MCB Member | Do it. UMF's have really hard edges. The only way I would like one is if I bought it raw and worked every angle of the thing so it is actually holdable. Tritons look great. I would have one except I found a cheap ULE I frame when I was about to pick up a triton. Tritons have a great angle and are machined beautifully. Really, all RPG stuff is superior quality. His exile and pariah bodies are finished 100 percent better than AGD ULE bodies. Way better. Its a bargain.
