Roberts was definitely correct. No need for a powertube spacer kit if you buy an LX.

RT on off will improve trigger pull, iirc.

Typically you don't even need to change level 7 spacers, the bolt spring might be worn, its hard to tell visually.

If you have a powertube spring instead of a powertube spacer, it needs to be replaced with a powertube spacer set, there's instructions with them on how to go about finding the right size.

The spacers replaced the springs because the springs needed replacing when they wore out, and the spacers don't tend to wear out.

Alright thanks yeah I'll prob go with the level 10 and the rt on and off sounds like a good idea too.
