Slide the valve out, drop or two of oil in the hole marked "oil"

Get all the paint off of the marker.

Go play

Repeat.

Righty tighty and lefty loosey. You're right on with the velocity.

As far as maintenance is concerned, just run a little oil through the system after each game and wipe up the paint from the outside. I've had classic valves run on the same seals for over 5 years with no internal maintenance other than a quick oil in the ASA.

Oil oil and then put oil on the bolt.

Oil and compressed air = reliability.

Nice to have a parts kit handy too, just in case.

air tool oil would be fine, a little oil down the power tube helps also to lubricate the orings in there.

1. don't over tighten the valve bolt, finger tight is usualy good enough.
2. when adjusting velocity small increments make major changes a quater turn can change your velocity by 50fps
3. input pressure needs to be above 500psi for proper operation.
4. get an oring kit, orings will fix 95% of any problems you have with a mag
5. enjoy shooting mag
