Pneumag Value?

I am wondering if I have priced the Pneumag in my sale a little too high. Here it is:

idkfa's Gun Sale Part 1

Can anyone give me a realistic price to set this at? After paying customs on it, it cost me well over $500 to buy.

I think I might part it out, Pneu frames seem to be an easy sell.

Any thoughts?

Seems like a fair price with all the parts added up. I've seen a lot of those Logic frames for sale lately. Maybe that's hindering it.

Grips, tanks, etc for sale

Either an inflatable bunker or a tree, both work for me.

its your gun, so whatever price you feel its worth is what it will sell at. overall, the price is about what they go for normally. bear in mind, PneuMags are an oddball, a niche gun. they are for people who not only like to shoot mags, but took the time to make(or buy in your case) a mag with an incredible trigger that won't chop. its not a normal go fast gun, pumper, or anything of the like. its like a Vector or Palmer Brass. only those that know about them and also love them, can appreciate this.

hmmm, you do have a L10 kit in it don't you? if not, then that will scare some people. if you don't know, then take a look at the bolt. it should have a foamie, and the the bolt will be stepped on the inner tube, which rides in the powertube.

No Level 10, unfortunately.

I think I might part it out, the frame itself should sell quickly at least.

Thanks!

I really just think the picture makes it look like everything clashes. It just doesn't look good for $500 even though all put together it has that value to it. If it was all black, or at least the feedneck clamp and grips didn't clash with the rest of it , you might do better.

I am going to take another picture, because the current one looks horrible. The grips and the neck are both a really nice blue (it looks purple in the pictures) and complements everything to a degree.

Worst case, I part it. Which might end up happening, as I need the money ASAP.

I saw one posted a few months ago on AO for 600 that was all black/"chrome" (sharp looking gun) with a lvl 10. As far as I know, he never dropped the price on it, and it got sold, but it took a couple of weeks. Your price seems comparable with a somewhat mismatched marker without a lvl10. It'll probably sell, just not quickly. Parting it would be quicker, but you will probably end up with leftovers.

The problem with pneumags is the parts to convert one yourself are pretty cheap, so if you've already got an Intelliframe or comparable that isn't going to need a ton of milling, it's not an expensive mod to do. Aside from the frame, it's not really sporting any "special" mag gear so also part of why it won't command top dollar. As said above though, sales in general seem pretty slow these days, so you might just need to give it a while and keep bumping it, or worst case throw it over on PBN or eBay for more visibility if it isn't selling here or AO.

I don't think $500 is way out of the ballpark for what you've got, but it is a little cosmetically challenged which might be thwarting some bidders. Personally, I'm not a fan of the LPR being mounted off the ASA (for me it's either in-grip or off the vertical under the barrel). The frame and rail look raw in some of the pics, which could be a plus or minus depending on if someone wants their own color scheme, or a "done gun". For colors you've kinda got a 4-color scheme going (black, blue, raw/silver, and clear plastic) which IMO detracts from the aesthetics a bit; from what I've seen markers that are done in 1-2 colors tend to sell fastest.

If you -need- to sell now, you might have better luck with $450 and accepting $400 offers, and I recommend you swap the grip panels, feedneck, and hosing for solid black if you have that as an option, just to minimize the colors.
