Interested in buying a TacOne, question about buying parts instead

Hello, I want to buy a TacOne and I would like to save some money if possible.

I want it to be qloader capable and am having trouble finding aftermarket cosmetic parts (stocks and shrouds). I think the qbow kit is overpriced but it is something I am considering.

Do I have to get a qbow/longbow receiver or can I purchase an adapter later on?

What is the average savings when buying used parts to piece a TacOne together?

Where can I find a list of compatible parts I can purchase/WTB post?

The AGD website's products are lacking in description for returning players who have very little knowledge on high end/mid end markers, which is why I am asking these questions that may seem basic.

Also I welcome any recommendations of alternate markers. I am a milisim person and have a WS66RIS that I am trying to get rid of and replace with something nice.

Thank you for any help!

If you're looking at the qloader, why not consider a native warp feed? That way, you always have a hopper that you can remove from the warp and use on any other markers you might have.

Additionally, there are specific Tac One bodies that are pre-designed for warp-left feeding.

well I already have a qloader and it seems like the warpfeed is a boxy looking unit that is on the left or right side of the marker (or bottom). I feel that it would be in the way for a woodsball game.

I could me mistaken, I am only making these assumptions based off what ive seen on AGD's website.

The warp left feed bodies, how different are they? I mean can they accept the other hoppers? I like the fact that the hopper arm is clear from the top of the marker.

You could use a warp body with your q-loader and avoid all that weird over the top funky stuff.

You don't need to use a warp with a warp body, plenty of people use them with Qloaders. I feed my Qloader into the bottom of my Minimag's powerfeed, same as I did with my warp when I had it.

Piecing a Tac-One together is still going to be pricey. Say $200 for an X-Valve, $180 for a Tac-One body, $50 for a rail, $60 for an intelliframe, $30 for a vertical adaptor and foregrip - you won't be saving much money that way. You might find a whole Tac-One for cheaper, though.

But yes, stay away from the Qbow - unless you're dead set on one, you can probably put together something more custom and better suited to you for less money.

The Noxx tactical stock is a great alternative to the Spec Ops T2W. Not quite as pretty but cheaper and more versatile since it can be reoriented in about a dozen different ways to fit exactly where you want it to be. Now that he has an air-thru option that you can buy it's even better. Save yourself the trouble of hacking one like I did.

holy crap I saw one picture with Airsoft bodies with Automags fitting inside for 750$

Do custom automag or AGD markers exist in that price range? (Milsim)

I just had a guy offer me a TacOne with a Qbow set up for 750$. The marker has been sold to the seller by another guy with unknown useage and the qbow has a few stripped screws. I felt that the price was way too high and suggested 525$ plus shipping.

I dont see the point in risking so much money when I could get a brand new one and wait off on a qbow and just use my qloader.

IE something like this: ReaperCustomPaintball.com - Guns - Ready Made
