Will it fire in mech mode at a regular rate of fire?

don't think it will fire in mech mode. or it will, but I have to wait for the click still.

yes, it is aired up. don't know what a ULT is.

and don't have a reg on it, the tank was around 4k psi when I was messing with it.

no, the pressure of the tank, the output of the reg, not necessarily the fill of the tank(but you will find out that the X valve will stop shooting with less that 1000psi left in the tank).

make sure that the safety is off, i.e. you can fire(that one stumped me-didn't know it had a physical safety). discharge the battery and then give it a full recharge(the noid requires a buttload of juice to run).

also when its aired up, turn the velocity up, it could be set way down, starving the valve.

those are my thoughts on it.

Sounds like bolt stick.
Have squeegie handy.
When marker stalls put sqeegie down barrel and push on bolt.
If it clicks and can then fire, you have bolt stick.

Quick tuning instructions:

Remove all LVL 10 shims.
Pick 1 carrier o-ring and stick with it.
Use oil.
Use #2 carrier (2 lines, no dots).
Shoot 1000 shots to break in o-ring.
Move broken-in o-ring to largest carrier that doesn't leak.
Use red spring for 285 fps. Use longer spring for higher velocity or to be more gentle (fragile paint), shorter spring for lower velocity or to be less gentle (thicker shell).
If bolt sticks after encountering a jam, add a shim.

arg, now it seems to be leaking out the front of the on/off and the on/off nob doesn't seem to come out, and I can't see an o-ring in there anyway.

ok, scratch that, just need an exceptionally tiny socket. pretty much fixed the on/off. and I got a squeegie and push back on the bolt, and that worked, so I guess I need to tune it. only problem is, I don't have any of the things secretweaponevan mentioned.

If you can't find shims from anyone here, you can talk to Tunaman on AO he has some stocks of thos bits it seems. Or order directly from AGD.
