Not with all paint, but today on the field I was using Medevil which is really brittle paint and my foamie fell out and I chopped a whole lot. The reason I know it wasn't breach chops from shooting too fast is I choped shooting one at a time. anyways, for now im going to switch to premiums, and eventially ima order some foamies and glue a new one in... |

| Lord humungus the Mod | Thanks for the info....... In reality the foamies REALLY dont do anything as far as "chops" or "breech breaks". In fact when a level 7 automag sees a ball fed half way it WILL slice it in half...if you dont believe me stick the tip of your finger in the breech! -Jake

| Gonzo Mod Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: St. Louis | I have been using my Lvl X without the foamie for almost 2 years, No chopping problems. With all the mags I have had, the foamie made no difference. Lvl X or Lvl 7, didnt matter. Once they fell off, I left them off. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.......... Shane-O |

| Gonzo Mod Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: St. Louis | I've had barrel breaks, but that was the paint, not a lack of foamie. Since switching to Lvl X, I've not had ANY chops. And thats after shooting about 12 cases of paint, bargin bin paint at that...lol. Foamies are over rated, IMHO. Shane-O |
