Using CO2? If so, you need to take measures to keep liquid CO2 out of the valve. Especially in colder climates like those found in Michigan in December. ![]() Expansion chambers, a Palmer Stabilizer, anti-siphon tanks, remote lines will help, but the best solution is HPA. If you're not using CO2, it is easy to identify where the leak is coming from. Hold the trigger while gassing up. If the gun leaks down the barrel while the trigger is held, you have a leak in your on/off. If the gun leaks down the barrel while the trigger is released, you have a powertube leak. If the leak is somewhere else, it is usually an easy fix. It is almost always a <$2 fix with a mag.

If the gun leaks even when you are holding the trigger back, most likely the problem is with one of the on/off top orings. Pull the valve out, take the on/off assembly out, and replace the two orings inside the where the on/off came out of. One big one with a smaller whiter one inside of it.

If it goes away when holding the trigger down it's most likely going to be either the power tube oring or the lower two o-rings in the on/off. If you just got the gun and aren't sure if it ever worked before you may also want to make sure the powertube spacer/spring is the correct size. If you don't seem to be making any progess check out the automag video that came with the gun. You probably did not get the vid with the gun but they can be watched on youtube. YouTube - Automag video with Tom Kaye pt1/9 this is the first and there are 8 more segments.

I had the same issue. Problem was the trigger, I dropped a single finger into it as soon as I got it and I didn't adjust the rod behind the trigger. Fixed that, worked ok for a bit, then had another leak, this time I think because the valve wasn't close enough to the body.
