A piece of aluminum tubing will do the trick, so long as it fits snugly in the rail and grip frame and the thumb screw is not sloppy inside.
i'll try the aluminum tubing
you guys have been a great help

AMAZING. Yup, that is basically the part that I created with the tubing. I bought mine "well used" and that particular part (along with many others) was missing.

I finally have mine shooting and I plan on using it this weekend for the first time at a scenario down in Commerce, GA.

Wish me luck, I am really excited about my little project MAG. I think I am hooked and I haven't even tried the LVL 10 or XMAG yet so I have opportunities to get even more addicted it seems.

ummmm well i cant find a peice of aluminum to fit the rail and the rear frame screw so i tried pushing the valve forward to have the same affect as the rail bushing would but it still leaked
should i try to make a makeshift rail bushing still or should i try to look into other areas

Did you reaplce all the orings yet? And clean everything really well and re-oil ? Are you using a regulated tank ( HPA) with a LP output ? You are going to need around 650 or more psi to reliably operate the mag.
