What valve do you like?

Just curious, for those of you who have both a xvalve (or RT) mag and a classic mag, which one do you use more? They both rock, but recently i got my rt and my classic hasnt gone to the field as much.....perhaps i will bring out the classic after i get a new barrel for it.

If you want to be specific I prefer the stainless RT Pro/Emag valves and 68 Automag valves.

i have both and the only reason i use the emag valve over the minimag valve is because the lvl 10 other then that i do like the minimag valve better but would rather not screwup things switching them

I really like the way the classic/stainless valves balance the guns's weight farther back on the gun. Especially for my pump-mag, I find this makes for a more stable shooting platform.

I use my RT valves more than anything else.

RT is a lot crisper for me. I have never gotten it to bounce using my trigger frame (benchmark 2x finger) but it's a lot faster since the pull through and release time is sort of nullified with the kickback.

Haven't taken my mag or other mechanical semi out in 2-3 years. I either play pump/stock during rec or electro during tourneys/practice.

the main upside is the ease of using co2 in a classic valve, but co2 can be used in an rt/emag/xvalve, with a pump, due to the lower bps

i have a classic, and a rt classic.

i prefear the classic, it seems to have a cleaner first shot. most of my kills are off the snap shot so it seems to work better for me. then again my rt may just be having horrid problems.

RT valves, all of them, X , retro, RT

They have a thing called "shoot up" the first few shots will be cold and lower velocity and you need a few to ramp up to full speed. Once the gun is warm it doesnt need so many shots to get going, but as you are experiencing there is still a bit of a difference.

No one really talks about "shoot up" these days, but its still there.
