real or imaginary there seems to me to be a lot of fuss about these frames they go for quite a bit of money compaired to other 45 frames why is that I've never really cared for them because of the safty they use.

They really change the feel of the mag trigger pull. I track them down because I'm a PTP whore and a completist, and that's what would have come on the MicroMags. I've grown to appreciate them, but if the truth be told, I actually prefer the Intelliframe for production frames.

My grip with them is that when I shoot left handed I often accedently turn the safty on, that gets me in trouble quick

I'm curious to know what the correct trigger rod length is for a benchmark trigger. Any BM aficionados want to share?

Robertsr What did you mean that they really change the feel of the pull, it's ignorance I'm sure but I didn't notice a difference

They make the pull longer and smoother. Some people call it "mushy". I like them, it makes the trigger pull an actual pull, rather than the sharp "break" of the stock trigger frame. That is, at least in my experience. Robert might have more thoughts on the matter.

ok I'll stick with the one I have for a little bit and see if I can avoid hitting that safty, or get rid of the safty, if not, keep your eyes out for a nickle/crome single trigger benchmark for sale ![]() Thanks for all the input guys
