Can I use a lvl 10 bolt on a classic mag valve? And is it normal for bolt to wear out after a while because the lip of my lvl 7 bolt is chewed up a bit causing it to slip when i fire using auto-response trigger frame that i just installed. But it fires OK with the single shot trigger frame.

A level 10 bolt will work fine on your classic valve. Not normal. Sounds like the trigger rod was set too close to the back of the trigger, or the auto-response frame was adjusted wrong and the sear started nibbling the bolt. Perhaps even too short an on/off pin.
