Need plastic gears replicated into metal, cyclone-esque

working on a custom project and I want to take these plastic pieces and have them replicated into metal or something like a cyclone style gearing. Here are the pics of the two pieces...

anybody know what I should use to measure these as accurately as possible? New plan is to make autocad designs and have it cnc machined...

can anyone give me an idea of how much something like this would cost?? I joined a cnc forum looking for help and I have a guy asking me what I would pay, what material, etc

Material, tolerances, quantity, finish, etc. all play far too great of role in deciding the price of something. Best bet is to get a few quotes and go from there. Cheapest isn't always best though.

well i got some quotes... and its waay to expensive. They were talking 300 and some other non sense.. I guess I'm gonna just make these work.
I had no idea it was gonna take so much work but they were all pretty nice with trying to help
