That does look good. The tib barrel is a bit more complicated to create this for though. Unlike most barrels on the market it doesn't thread on, it has a groove cut along side that slides over a pin allowing it to turn up for a hopper or down for a mag.

It has a thicker sidewall for this, which makes milling easier, but the groove could be an issue for tolerances.

I saw that another airsmith was trying to create something like this and gave up on the pursuit. I'm not sure what problem they actually ran into though.

well i'd love to figure out the dimensions....
its going to be bored out to .743-.745" and so as long as its not like .710 its ok

i did a mag twistlock to cocker adapter.... it exposed the detent grooves, but still works amazing

Excellent.
Let me get back to you on those dimensions and take a few pics. I don't have a micrometer myself so I'll need to either round one of those up or find someone on the tib forums who would be able to take the measurements on my behalf.

I picked up my 14" unported Phantom barrel from Ryan this afternoon and just shot a few rounds through it... it's sweet.
Now I'm looking around for more projects for him.

Thanks again Ryan, you are the man!

i can measure the exact amount

if you throw an insert next to the barrel you can see, its like the 2nd row of porting

and all you see is a tiny color dot from the outside (if you notice it at all)
