Milling windows in a top tube

I didn't know who would have the necessary tools to mill some designs in a top tube of a gun. What I have is one of the prototype top tubes for the CCM T2 where the insert sleeves go in. I was wanting to have some designs cut in the top tube of a Ace, Spade on one side and Diamond, Club on the other side if possible or a paw print on each side of the tube would work as well. The production top tubes that CCM makes for the T2 have CCM cut into the tube on the left and right side.
