Need a clear lexan replica of Sanchez machine pump

Can any one mill me a clear replica of the Sanchez Machine economy pump handle?
I can get the 1 1/2 diameter clear acrylic if need be.
Attachment 24383
It doesn't have to be exact. actually I would prefer a simpler design like 4 shallow but wider groves.
How much would this cost?
Thanks
Dave

Have you tried contacting Sanchez about it?
I imagine he would be willing to run a couple in Lexan...
How well does Lexan hold a thread? Or would you be looking to implant a thread-sert?

Lexan holds threads fine... The problem is that machined lexan doesn't end up clear.

Additonally, you can't flame polish lexan.

The alternative is acrylic. Which also doesn't end up clear post-machining, in most cases.

But you can potentially flame polish it... Many machine shops that aren't familiar with flame polishing will not do it.
