Hey guys,

Was wondering If anyone has ever attempted it, or would like to....It would add some awesome heft.

Having owned a Redux, I would have happily traded the stainless steel snub for aluminum. It's beastly heavy.

I own a redux too, Fyi lol.

Are you kidding me? It's what makes buzzards smooth, and awesome. I would love it.

Man, you guys keep beating me to it when I'm working on it...
I have been working on making some Phantom body's out of Stainless Steel and trying a few out of brass.

I asked Mike about it a while ago and he didn't seem interested in doing it. So if you ever do these please contact me. My Duck Slide would be perfect with one of those. Feyd.............

Yeah yeah yeah. I have heard it before. I want one, I want one....
I did this with the Free Flow back block and took for ever to sell them cause everyone wanted one.
No thins time I'll start slow and see how many sell first before I do a run of these.
ASP sell his round head body for about $75.00 I think.
Stainless Steel is not easy to work with so what would you be willing to pay for a SS Phantom body ???

Ken W

I think I'll continue thins on the KPCS forum.

Well for my answer I would ask you this? Are you going to copy a Phantom snub? I'd do 75.00$ for that in SS. I'll even pre-pay knowing who you are! Or are you going to re-engineer a snub that has a détente as well as is Cocker threaded? Then that would be worth more. But I'm no machinist and the more I try to be the more I understand why it costs the money it does because of the time involved. So I guess you tell us what it would cost. I'm in if you do! Feyd...............

I'll pay a fair price. Quality work ain't cheap. But if 75$ is the price I'll do that. Max would be 110$ though, just know; I've got no clue what the price of metal is.
