Alright my oiling components came in today! Even balanced the oiling system to make sure oil is getting where its suppose to be getting. now just to finish up assembling the x make a couple oil manifolds get working on the x and y then I can take apart the z to install new bearings! While I'm at it make a new e-stop bracket redrill the motor mount holes (only 4 m5 screws holding my 2hp motor in place now) and most likely some thing else that I dont expect lol

There is a 6 Sigma aspect that focuses on reducing wasted movement. It's not always about the space, but the layout.

Yep, small efficient layouts are the best. Lax, do you have enough room to bring the head back on the mill without hitting the wall? It's way overhanging the table
