Got this little guy in yesterday. Already started the teardown and cleanup. She powers up and runs just fine, and the gears seem to be just fine but still have to inspect them to be certain.

eBay actually. Need T-nuts for it before I can do anything with it, but I want to tear into it first.

$500 after tax and shipping. He has a few more because he listed them all at once and then took down all but one. I got the first one and then he listed the next one.

desertT1... I have one of those... Beware the plastic gears. The best upgrade is one of the belt drive kits. I can not remember who I purchased mine from, but it improved the sound and cut dramatically

Ya the plastic gears went on mine and I replaced them with metal ones from the little machine shop. I think it made it louder but it will not break again

Little machine shop has the kit for about 160. I want to change to .050 per rev (over the current .062) and might be tapped out for a little bit. It's on the want list, but I'll use the current gears for now. I think they also have a metal gear kit for $50, which is sething else to consider.
