Fan of EMR
I said to the realtor "A small steel building would be nice". She showed my wife and I a house with everything we wanted...and this. It is right at the top of our price range so, it won't be filled with toys until we pay off some of our student loans. But, I am very excited to see how small my HF minimill looks in it lol.

I think We're about a year or 2 away from getting rid of the haas minimill in the shop at work I may put a bid in on that if money's available at the time. It's what I learned on after all.

On a side note housing is very cheap in central PA.

Awesome!

Here's my 25x25 'garage' (workshop). It's been like this for a month because the builder had some drawing errors that had to be re-approved by the county. Weeds not pulled for dramatic effect.

Massive amounts of hate, coming your way

Seriously... Nice! Glad you will have some space. Keep producing good stuff. I may know where a Bridgeport Series I CNC is sitting that needs a control unit. You might be able to get it for $2000... Be warned... It needs work.

I wish I could afford one, or fit it, or power it

Power you can do... Fit it... No problems... Afford it... Poke Altec and see if it has already been sold.

*Sorry, never used them here before.

I plan on using them in my Novakon NM-145 (simmilar to tormach 770) I cant remember exactly how much z I have right now (16" I think 14" travel) lets put it this way I only have to do wierd stuff when I want to hand tap in the machine so that means a spring loaded guide in a 1/2" collet then a tap handle then the tap. Even with all that stack up so far I have only needed to do that when using the 4th axis.

I guess I'll have to tell everyone how I like them when they come in. I just bought 4 of them with the appropriate sized collets so I can start making a little bit more of a production type run on some of my products.
