Its been a crazy week at my day job with the Christmas break coming and the owner of the company due and a new CEO coming in January just tons of stuff going on. I have also been trying to get to the post office all week but have either been thwarted by long lines or just plain having to work thru lunch. As such I think I am going to take a nice relaxing week end and bore some barrels for you guys and as soon as the Christmas rush is over get them in the mail.

have you thought about getting a shotgun reamer that's .740 which is .001 over the freak sleave o.d. which would make it a slip fit.(tighter then what you got now cause your running about .005 over ) could even run a 23/32 drill (with the point ground to like 160-170* instead of 118*) first to help on the wear factor. just throwing out ideas i came up with when i thought of doing this. or even getting a reamer you ground to size like .742, i just saw one in a catalog of one of our suppliers. it would work for aluminum not so much for stainless.

I am attempting something new to help everyone out. I have been asking everyone to put a note with their screen name and where they contacted me from on a note with their barrel. Well as it turns out lots of people cant follow instructions So I am trying to make it easier with an online form you can fill out and print. When I originally thought about doing this I had considered that but I don't think their is any problem running just a little loose. plus I dont trust the od of the inserts to be 100% perfect every time and that little wiggle room seams to take care of that.

yeah that's not taking into account quality control so..... i'll have to consider that when i start doing it. but untill then your my man. i got a wgp 05 prostock barrel i would like you to do soon i'll pm when i get the loot and the want to.

Update.

Still going strong, I just did 5 barrels tonight. It's been really nice with the online form it makes things go really smooth.
